Iovan Drehe is a researcher interested in the history of philosophy, argumentation and history of argumentation theory, with focus on the main textbooks and their influence on the scientific practices. He has received an M.A. in ancient and medieval philosophy and a PhD in ancient logic/dialectic (both awarded by the “Babeș-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca). In the past he was a researcher at the “Babeș-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca (2015-2017) and the Romanian Academy – Iași Branch (2014-2015).
