ICUB Research Programs

ICUB stimulates and promotes excellence in the research activity at the UB through the following three research programs. The ICUB scholarships are addressed to both young researchers (up to five years from the PhD) and established scholars, working on all fields of research represented by the four divisions of the institute.

For early stage scholars, up to 7 years since the PhD and with no working contract at the UB. ►

For early stage scholars, up to 7 years since the PhD and with a working contract at the UB. ►

For established researchers with an outstanding track-record. ►

The themes of the grants will be established in accordance with the development strategy of the UB and will have as finality the increase of the institutional performance and the achievement of the indicators and targets assumed by the strategic plan of the UB and / or by the annual operational plan►

Preapplication grants and fellowships for scholars wishing to apply for an ERC grant. ►

For researchers who have won national and international grants as Principal Investigators. ►

For scholars who have received their PhD for at least 7 years – and with a working contract at the UB. ►

For the study and the preparation for publication of previously unpublished essays, lectures, correspondence and different noteworthy documents of Mircea Eliade. ►
