The public is invited to the ICUB for a key note and panel discussion on "Observations in agility". The key note will be presented by Neha Chatwani author of the book Organizational Agility (Palgrave, 2019) addressing the main findings of the research entailed and their implications for organizations as well as for society at large. The key note will be followed by an expert panel discussion moderated by Frank Elbers (ICUB) and will include academics, representatives of NGOs and industry.
In essence, the discourse focuses on the how insights into agility and the agile mindset can, for example, influence forms of organising and collaboration as well as knowledge creation and sharing, for impactful leadership enabling the creation of solutions for complex problems.
